BIRDS
The summer of 2010 I took a lot of pictures with my camera. I'm far from professional but I practise every week.Through the summer I have taken some pictures of birds.
The Seagull (Måke). They typically have harsh wailing or squawking calls. I have love-hate relationship to this bird. I love to hear this birds call in the beginning of the summer but in the end this just a bird stealing the food and make everything dirty.
Swan are monogamous and support each other in all things. If one of the pair dies, the other often lives out the rest of his or her life alone. The love and loyalty of these beautiful birds has inspired legends for centuries.
We long to find Swan Love too. But people aren't swans. Unfortunately, we live in an increasingly complex world where everything seems to conspire to tear us apart. Still, Swan Love is worth looking and working for.
The Black-headed Gull (Hettemåke) This is a noisy species, especially at colonies, with a familiar "kree-ar" call. Its scientific name means "Laughing Gull" and this calls is really annoying.
The White Wagtail (Linerle). You find this bird all over Norway, and this is choosen to be fylkesfugl for Telemark.
